Tutoring System

Not every shinobi is awesome on their own. Some shinobi need a master in order to get stronger. This is where the Tutoring System comes into play.
But, in order to know how to tutor, we need to define a few things:
Master: The Master is the one teaching their apprentice. Whether this is a Standard Tutoring or even a Jutsu Tutoring, the Master is the one that knows more and is willing to impart their knowledge or wisdom to their Apprentice. A Master is also known as 'Sensei'.
Apprentice: An Apprentice is anyone that is lower leveled (must be lower leveled) than their Master/Sensei. The Apprentice is the one that is learning from their Master.
Posting: Only the Master and Apprentice may participate. These will ALWAYS be 1-on-1. Topic must state [Tutoring] in the Topic Title. When turning in the Tutoring, must state what kind of tutoring was performed, list below:
Standard Tutoring
This works similarly to an academy class, but on a 1-on-1 basis. A student and their master participate in an RP that is 5 posts minimum with a 2000 word, each person, minimum for the entire thread. The subject matter can be on anything the Master deems necessary.
Jutsu Tutoring
This, too, is on a 1-on-1 basis. A Master may teach one of the jutsu they have learned to their students. A Master/Sensei may only teach jutsu a maximum of 3 times. So they can teach 1 person 3 jutsu or 3 people 1 jutsu or any combination in-between. Once the Master/Sensei has reached the limit, they cannot teach any more jutsu.
The student, upon successful completion of a Jutsu Tutoring, will learn the jutsu, but may only use the jutsu at the level befitting them. So if the student is a level 7 and they learned a level 15 jutsu, they may only use the Level 5 variant of the jutsu.
Limitations
You may only tutor once a week; regardless of the pace you complete it at. The tutor will count for the week that it is completed.
May not perform multiple Tutorings simultaneously -- may only perform 1 Tutoring at a time.
