Mission System
Missions are ONLY available for Genin Rank and higher.
Students may never go on a mission. Their job is to complete Academy Classes and make it to Genin Rank.
There are 3 different mission types: Modded Missions, Assigned Missions, and Self-Run Missions. Below is a breakdown of their rewards.
Modded Mission Ranks
Modded Missions can have up to 4 people (Potential of a full team + 1) as well as a Mission Moderator. The mission moderator will guide the users through a mission with no set word count or post count. The players will be given an objective by the Mission Moderator and they will work their way to completing them with the Mission Moderator guiding the plot/story/etc.
Assigned Missions
These are missions that are assigned by the village's kage. These are usually high profile missions that will have effect on the roleplaying world that we all play on. Missions like "Go assassinate the other Village's Kage" or "Bring back X shinobi from Y location". These missions do not have a set word count or expiration date. These missions also have a VERY high possibility in character death due to interaction with other villages and other players.
Assigned Missions must be approved by the admin before being delivered IC for the rewards to be given -- Certainly, the same can be done without admin approval but with no rewards
NOTE: The Admin WILL not deny a mission if an assassination was targeting them. However! A good IC reason must be stated for Assassination missions to be approved. Personal bias WILL not get in the way of admin approval. If there are signs of admin showing bias against an approval, they will be punished.
Assigned Missions Rewards
Self Run Missions
These work a bit different from modded missions as it is the player's responsibility to guide it and complete the objective. The person creating the Self Run Mission make up their own mission details (which is subject to approval by your Village Staff). Once approved, you can go by yourself (or with friends/team) to complete the mission. While these offer less than modded Missions, these can have the potential of being completed at a much faster rate.

Mission Ranking and You!
A shinobi may only be able to perform missions according to their level. A level 8 may participate in C Rank missions and below. Under no circumstance may a Level 8 participate in a B Rank mission. In the event of a team mission (or missions with more than 1 participant) all participants must match the rank of the mission. IF someone is too low of a level, the mission ranking will be lowered to accommodate the lower ranking individual.
Team Rewards
If you are part of a team and your entire team participates in a mission, you will gain +25% EXP and +25% Ryo (all rounded down). Ensure you state that everyone that's on your team (that participated until completion) in the mission turn-in to be given your rewards.
