Academy Class System

The bread-and-butter for those going through the academy.  Academy classes are a prerequisite for gaining the Genin rank.  ONLY Academy students may participate in Academy Classes.

Teachers

• Can be anyone of Chunin Rank or above.
  
• Usually only 1 Teacher per topic
  
• The Teacher's job, IC, is to teach the Academy students something that'll assist them in becoming a shinobi; subject matter doesn't count.
  
• Teachers will act kind of like a Mission Moderator as it is their job to guide the class to completion
  

Students

• Academy Students only
  
• Up to 5 students maximum per class
  
• Must actually participate and try to complete the objective in order to get credit
  

NOTE:  If a student isn't trying to complete the objective of the class, they will not gain rewards -- this is up to the Teacher's discretion.

Post
The Teacher who makes the class must put [Class] in the title of the thread
Everyone involved in the tutor session must write at least 5 posts each (minimum)
Everyone involved must reach 2000 words minimum throughout the entire class.
So bare minimum would be 5 posts at 400 words each
Everyone must state their Word Count in every post

Rewards
Teacher

• X EXP per student taught
  
• X Ryo per student taught
  
• May not get team bonuses
  NOTE:  This doesn't mean pass, just taught.  It is up to the student to participate
  

Students

• X EXP for successful completion
  
• X Ryo for successful completion
  

Limits
A teacher and students may only be in one class at one time. They may never do two at the same time.
However! There is no weekly limit to how many classes a student or teacher may take. So if a student and teacher can knock out 3 in a week, they'll get rewarded for all three (as long as they take place one after the next and not 3 overlapping each other).

Genin Exam
Genin Exams are for those that have completed a minimum of 2 Academy Classes and know Transformation Jutsu. Once they have completed 2 Academy Classes, they are eligible for a Genin Exam. These are ran similarly to a mission, but they will be over what everyone might have learned (or what every Academy Student is expected to learn) during their stay as a student.

If the student doesn't know the Transformation jutsu, they might fail their exam.

Upon completion of the exam, the Student (if they pass) will be awarded the Rank of Genin in their village. They will also gain X EXP/Ryo to go with their rank-up.
Once they have achieved Genin Rank, they can start going on missions and can start forming a team.
