Grand Summon Request Template

Copy the template below, make a new topic in this sub-forum, and fill it out to request your Grand Summon Trial.
Keep in mind, you need to be Level 10 before you are able to go on a Grand Summon Trial.

Unlike other sites, you get what you request.  It'll be up to you whether or not you succeed at gaining the Grand Summon and forming a pact with them.  

NOTE:  If you already have a Grand Summon, as this character, you will be denied your Grand Summon.

The request will remain open and a Summoning Moderator will come and take your request.  They will moderate your request until you have fulfilled all requirements:
A)  Reached the word count minimum
B)  Completed the Trial, itself
C)  Convinced the Grand Summon to allow you to make a pact with them
Once all 3 of those have been achieved, then you will be granted a Grand Summon.  

The Summon Moderator will post a link to the Contract Search with a Pass/Fail rating.  
Pass:  You will begin creating your Contract in the same thread.
Fail:  Topic gets locked and you will be put on a 2 month IRL wait until you can perform the trial again.  The 2 month wait will start when the Trial has ended.
