- Activating Cursed Seal
Must have created your cursed seal in your training and have it approved before you may use it.
For Level 1 and Level 2 Cursed Seal, it requires an action to activate the Cursed Seal.
Activation starts at 0 Ticks with the BM stating "X has begun activating their Cursed Seal"
During this time, the user may perform other other actions, but the effect of the Cursed Seal doesn't take effect until after it was fully activated
After 50 Ticks (activation Time) of the Cursed Seal has passed, the user "Fully Activates their Cursed Seal" (which will also be stated as such in the mod).
Once the Cursed Seal has been activated, they gain the benefits of their Cursed Seal.
Cursed Seal Costs
A Cursed Seal will cost the user 10% of their maximum Chakra every 100 Ticks from activation.
This chakra may not be recovered.
De-activating Cursed Seal
De-activation of a Cursed Seal costs 1 Action and 50 Ticks, working similarly to activating a Cursed Seal.
Once you have de-activated a Cursed Seal, you may not re-activate the Cursed Seal for 300 Ticks afterward.

- Cursed Seal Creation is needed before one can use Cursed Seal inside of a battle. Use the following to create a Cursed Seal:

:: User gains +1 to 1 Accuracy Type (Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu) -- The user loses -1 to all other Accuracy types that weren't chosen. (May be gained twice)
:: User gains +1 to 1 Dodge Type (Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu) -- The user loses -1 to all other Dodge types that weren't chosen. (May be gained twice)
:: All attacks gain a Vampiric Property, giving the user 5% of the damage dealt to an opponent -- All healing aimed at the user is reduced by 25%. (May be gained twice)
:: All attacks gain a Chakra Leech property, damaging the opponent's chakra for 5% of the damage dealt and giving it to the user -- The user gain no benefit from Resting. (May be gained twice)

:: The user gains +1 to 2 Accuracy Types (Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu) -- The user loses -2 to the type not chosen. (May be gained twice)
:: The user gains +1 to 2 Dodge Types (Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu) -- The user loses -2 to the type not chosen. (May be gained twice)
:: The user gains 15 Armor to Taijutsu and Genjutsu -- The user takes 10% more damage from those types once armor is gone. (May be gained twice)
:: The user gains +1 GAP. The user may increase one of their abilities up +1 Level or gain a Level 1 Ability from elsewhere (Excluding Forbidden Arts, Summoner (unless they already have a Contract Summon) and Eye Implant) -- The user loses -2 to all HP Saves (May be gained twice)

:: All stealth attempts are made at 100% -- User loses Stealth Attack Bonuses
:: All clones confuse at 100% -- The user may not make more than 1 Clone
:: User gains 2 Reflexive Actions per round -- The user loses all armor.
:: All Duration skills gain +100 Ticks in duration -- All Maintain Costs are doubled
:: All Maintain Costs are halved -- All Duration Skills gain -100 Duration
:: Immune to all HP Save effects -- Automatically affected by Chakra Saves and Gen Save effects

:: User transforms, gaining an additional limb. This limb gains it's own set of 2 actions, capable of performing any jutsu owned by the user. This limb is also considered a target for Called Shots, following the same rules as Called Shot: Arm -- Called Shots on the user are no longer rolled at disadvantage.
:: The user is capable of flight -- May not use clones, enter stealth, or use reflexive actions.
:: All cooldowns are reduced to 0 Ticks -- User may not use any jutsu that requires concentration
:: The user may turn their attack into a cursed attack, ignoring all Armor and Barriers. This may also cause secondary effects of the attack to bypass armor and barriers as well -- The user may not perform reflexive actions.
:: User's chakra cannot be damaged -- Chakra costs are increased by 20%
:: Temporarily gain +1 BP (Must state which bloodline ability you'll unlock) -- User cannot use bloodline ultimate jutsu. If jutsu is active when Cursed Seal is activated, the Ultimate Jutsu is dispelled (May be gained twice)

:: User gains +50% to all damages -- User loses this if they perform a single non-offensive move
:: User's Genjutsu can affect a target 4x instead of 2x -- This also affects the user
:: User regains 10% of their max Health every 100 Ticks -- All healing jutsu used on the user hurts them instead of heals them.
:: User's healing jutsu are now offensive jutsu (only effective on healing jutsu that heals HP) -- May not use Healing Jutsu to heal anyone
:: User's actions are made at half of the Tick Speed -- All jutsu cost double Chakra or have double the Cooldown time (Incompatible with the 4 point option to reduce cooldowns to 0. Incompatible with the 3 point option for maintain costs to be halved)
