SPELL CASTER
For those that rely on the use of their chakra, the Spell Caster General Ability is for you. This ability increases your Chakra Pool so you can use Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, and Hybrid Taijutsu much longer than normal people do. It's also a pretty good deal too! Especially if you put points into Chakra for your build. NOTES = The plusses to Chakra are to the stat, itself, not to the numbers. So if you have a 15 in Chakra and you get Level 3, you'll have 20 in chakra = Stats gained with this ability ignores the 15 stat max.
LEVEL 1
EFFECT: Gain +1 to Chakra
LEVEL 2
EFFECT: Gain +3 to Chakra
LEVEL 3
EFFECT: Gain +5 to Chakra
