POISON SPECIALIST
Poisons are a dirty trick that a shinobi can use. They are indiscriminate and aren't a direct method of attacking. Poisons remain in your blood stream for longer due to using some extremely powerful toxins.

NOTES

LEVEL 1
EFFECT:  Opponents lose -1 to their HP Save against poisons
LEVEL 2
EFFECT: Opponents lose -1 to their HP Save against poisons
Poisons last 100 Ticks longer than their original duration
LEVEL 3
EFFECT:  Opponents lose -2 to their HP Save against poisons
Poisons last 100 Ticks longer than their original duration
The user may stack multiple poisons on their weapon.
The poisons that are applied to their weapons last for the entirety of the battle.
