BARRIER SPECIALIST
Protecting people is what a Barrier Specialist is known for. Using barriers to protect themselves and their allies is their key to victory.

NOTES
= All effects are cumulative. So a Level 2 user gains the Level 2 effects as well as the Level 1 effects.
LEVEL 1
EFFECT:  Barriers gain +10% HP
LEVEL 2
EFFECT: Any barrier can be made into an AoE.
This specific effect needs to be stated when using a Barrier Jutsu
LEVEL 3
EFFECT:  Barriers regenerate half of it's max HP every 100 Ticks
Barriers with a duration last for 1 additional round
