Stealing is just part of being a shinobi, but some people take their thievery to the next level. Some can't help but put their hands on things they want to take or take something knowing that they'll get caught. Kleptomania is a common illness people suffer, but a thief doesn't care. They steal whatever they want. NOTES = All attempts at thievery costs 1 Action at 20 Ticks. = All attempts at thievery is made at -5 Accuracy = Must state which level of Thievery you are going to use. = Only have 3 chances at Thievery per fight (whether they hit or miss) = A person with Level 3 Thievery may steal 1 item of their choice from a KO or DEAD combatant, being friend or foe. May only steal one item period. If an item is stolen, they may not Mangle nor Kill. | |
