EYE IMPLANT
The Eye Implant is what it sounds like. Transferring one eye into your own head. Usually these Eye Implants are done with the two main doujutsu; the Sharingan and the Byakugan. Putting one of these special eyes into your body will grant the user the ability to utilize the special eyes as if they were their own. NOTES = The user MUST state, upon gaining this, whether they are going for a Sharingan Eye Implant or Byakugan Eye Implant = All Levels are cumulative. So a Level 2 user gains Level 1 Effects and Level 2 Effects = Only one Eye Implant can be taken at a time. = Only one Doujutsu may be active at one time. This means you cannot have the Sharingan and Byakugan active at the same time.
LEVEL 1
EFFECT: The user gains the base Ability for either the Uchiha being the Sharingan Or the Hyuga being the Byakugan. An Uchiha who gets this ability and selects the Sharingan now have the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan The Uchiha with an Eye Implant (Must be at least Level 5) now has the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. The Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan grants the Uchiha their Mangekyou Sharingan now passively active with no Chakra Cost to maintain
LEVEL 2
EFFECT: User gains 1 BP for that Bloodline Uchiha may not select Izanagi An Uchiha getting a Sharingan Eye Implant gains +1 BP to use for Uchiha A Hyuga getting Byakugan Eye Implant gains +1 BP to use for Hyuga
LEVEL 3
EFFECT: User gains 1 BP for that Bloodline Uchiha may not select Izanagi An Uchiha getting a Sharingan Eye Implant gains +1 BP to use for Uchiha A Hyuga getting Byakugan Eye Implant gains +1 BP to use for Hyuga
