WINGED MECHANICAL DEVICE

A contraption built in the Land of the Sky, primarily for reconnaissance missions. However, applications during the Second Bijuu War turned this reconnaissance platform into a weapon-system for bomb-delivery and long-range sniping attacks.

Effect Type: Passive
Effect: The user starts the battle flying and gains +2 Ninjutsu and Taijutsu Dodge. While equipped with the Winged Mechanical device, the user may not make any actions that makes contact.
While flying, the attacks that make contact against the user is rolled at disadvantage.
This device has 1/4 of the user's HP. If destroyed, the user may not use this device for the rest of the battle/thread.
All damage dealt to the user in this device deals damage directly to the device before dealing damage to the user.
Called Shots, however, directly damage the user.
The user may use 1 Action @ 10 Ticks to dismount from this device, leaving it in the air. During this time, anyone else may use this device or attack it freely (attacking it is an autohit)

NOTE: Cannot carry gigantic sized creatures/shinobi.
