SHINOBI GAUNTLET

Technology developed by the Shinobi Tech Institute that allows a user to perform ninjutsu, which normally uses chakra, without using chakra, allowing even civilians to use chakra and hold their own against shinobi (when the need arises). Having passed it's prototype and test-type stages, this is the market-version of the Shinobi Gauntlets. Even so, this item is EXTREMELY expensive.

Effect Type: Active
Effect: The user may have up to 3 ninjutsu loaded into this. These three ninjutsu don't have to be owned.
The user declares which 3 ninjutsu are loaded into the Shinobi Gauntlet and can be used in any order.
The actions and speed are dependent on the jutsu loaded into the device.
This does not use chakra.
The jutsu used will be used at 1 rank lower than the shinobi is capable of using.

There is a 200 Tick cooldown between uses.

Cannot be worn with the Resonating Echo Speaker or Hidden Kunai Mechanism.
NOTE: Cannot be used with anything other than store-bought Ninjutsu. This means NO Bloodline or Forbidden Arts Ninjutsu.
