WEIGHTS

Extremely heavy-weights that are worn around the user's shins and their forearms. Primarily used for training to help the user be stronger and faster, these weights can also be used in combat to fake-out their opponents into a false sense of security. Removing the weights is like having a burden off of you, kicking your speed and damage into overdrive.

Effect Type: Passive / Activated
Effect: While the weights are equipped, they give the user -2 accuracy to attacks that make contact, -2 taijutsu and ninjutsu dodge.
Every tick the user has the weights on, they gain a tick of buffs for removing the weights.
For 1 Action @ 10 Ticks, the user may remove the weights and gain bonuses.
The user gains +2 Accuracy to attacks that make contact, +2 Taijutsu and Ninjutsu Dodge, +10% damage to Contact Jutsu.
Example: The user has weights on for 550 Ticks before removing the weights. The user gains the bonuses for 550 ticks after weights have been removed.
