RESONATING ECHO SPEAKER

A metal gauntlet worn on the user's right or left arm.  Sound waves are created by movement of the arm and through chakra manipulation, the user is capable of causing the opponent to be disoriented by the sound-wave.  This can also be used as a defensive tool to protect the user.
