HIDDEN KUNAI MECHANISM

Spring-powered, it is capable of extending out of the user's sleeve and placing a small ranged weapon in their hand for quick use. Not usable for large-scale ranged assaults but is very handy in a clinch.

Requirements: Requires a weapon that does not make contact (A Ranged weapon)
Effect Type: Passive
Effect: If unarmed, gives the user a single light-weight Ranged Weapon to throw.
This is a free action to equip a single ranged weapon and throw it, costing 0 Actions @ 0 Ticks.
The user is not considered "equipped" with the weapon when using this and must still equip their weapon to perform jutsu.
This Mechanism has a 200 Tick cooldown.

Cannot be worn with the Resonating Echo Speaker or Shinobi Gauntlet
