NEW MOON FLOWER PERFUME

A perfume created by the New Moon Flower. This flower only blossoms in Tsukigakure and has an interesting effect. The perfume is capable of snapping the user out of a Genjutsu or Hypnotic trance as soon as they are affected by it. However, this only works once per application.
