LEVEL 1
EFFECT: May wield 2 1-Handed weapons at the same time. User may state which strike uses which weapon. In the event of a multi-hit jutsu, the user may choose which weapon to use for each strike. Those attacks gain the bonuses associated with the weapon.
LEVEL 2
EFFECT: Gains access to Jutsu Modifier: Simultaneous Swing Effect: The user may apply Simultaneous Swing to swing both weapons at the target. If the attack misses, it may be rolled again with the other weapon but deals 80% damage if it hits. The user may still choose which weapon attacks first with the other weapon being the "following" weapon. Simultaneous Swing has a 200 Tick cooldown
LEVEL 3
EFFECT: Simultaneous Swing's Cooldown is reduced to 100 Ticks. The "following" swing now deals 100% damage instead of 80%. The first "Following" swing, per use, is rolled with Stealth Attack Bonuses.
