A mysterious stone from a foreign land. It is blue in color and egg-shaped with the contents swirling around inside of it as if containing liquid. This stone holds mysterious healing properties.

Effect Type: Passive
Effect: Must equip the stone like one would equip a weapon.
May wield a 1-handed weapon with it without the Dual Wielding General Ability.
This stone restores 2% of the user's maximum HP every 100 Ticks.
This also increases healing done to the wielder by +20%
Those who aren't Medical Ninja may perform medical jutsu at their rank without limitations.
