HEADSET RADIO

A wireless piece of technology used and developed by the Minor Shinobi Coalition that changed the tides of the war. Spontaneous communication from almost anywhere in the shinobi war made

Effect Type: Activated Effect
Effect: May call someone (specifically) with the headset item equipped in their inventory.
If the person being called does not have a headset item equipped prior to the battle starting, they cannot be called in (and will be declared a dead action).
The user may only call in 1 person, at a time, using 1 action @ 10 Ticks.
Headset calls have a 200 Tick cooldown.

The person entering the battle is considered "Joining battle" after the call was made.
The person joining battle MUST post an RP after the round's mod has been posted. Failure to post in the fight will result in a delay to them joining the fight.
Joining a fight is performed at 300 Ticks from when they are called (and if they posted an RP between rounds).
After 300 Ticks, they are considered to be a legal combatant.

Joining the Fight
The person joining the fight must send their information to the BM.
The person joining the fight must also state whose side they are on upon posting in the topic for the first time.
The round they are joining, they must submit actions to the BM.
Their actions will start when they were called in (If they were called in at 90 Ticks of round 1, they enter at 90 Ticks of round 4 and their actions will start at 90 ticks)
Any stats/items/etc gained after the fight started will not be used by the one joining.
