EYE SCOPE

A piece of technology that allows for telescopic vision, allowing one to see a far away object in crystal-clear clarity. This Eye Scope also has a secondary feature where it can flip over to a special viewing mode to allow tracking of opponents, making it difficult for anyone affected to escape the view of the user.

Effect: The Eye Scope has 2 modes. The mode it starts in must be stated by the user at the start of battle.
There are two modes:

NOTE: If the user does not state starting mode, there will be no effect until they spend 1 Action @ 10 Ticks to switch modes.
