FORBIDDEN ARTS
Forbidden Arts are extremely powerful movesets one can learn, but it comes with a cost. Forbidden Arts include, but are not limited to: Explosive Arts, Jinchuuriki, Jashinist, and Sage of the Six Paths (to name a few). One should not see a user of the Forbidden Arts as someone to scoff at as a Master of the Forbidden Arts has access to the extremely powerful SS-Ranked Jutsu. NOTES = List of Forbidden Arts Here = May not unlock Ultimate Jutsu until you reach Level 20. = To obtain a Forbidden Arts, you must be Level 10 and submit a 1500 word application on obtaining this Forbidden Art. = You may NOT change Forbidden Arts (except during Development Patches that allow it). Once you have chosen a Forbidden Art, you are stuck with it. You may, however, unlearn the Forbidden Art by unlearning the Ability. = Upon unlearning the ability, you may re-allocate the BP you forfeited while having the ability
LEVEL 1
EFFECT: Allows the user to have access to the Forbidden Art's Base Ability and 1 Other Ability
LEVEL 2
EFFECT: Allows the user to have access to the Forbidden Art's Base Ability and 3 Other Abilities Forfeit 2 BP to obtain this
LEVEL 3
EFFECT: Allows the user to have access to the Forbidden Art's Base Ability, 4 Other Abilities, and Final Jutsu Forfeit 3 BP and Bloodline Ultimate Jutsu Must be Level 20 to obtain the Forbidden Arts Ultimate Jutsu
